Official First Steps!

Tonight Campbell took her first real steps! She walked towards me, Stephen, Mimi, and Grandpa!

Santa brings gifts!

Santa brought Campbell a new table with a chalkboard top and a tickle me elmo and book. She LOVES the table but is a little unsure about the Elmo, he is really loud and a little scary. I do have to say that Christmas is so much more fun and meaningful when you have a child! It is so fun to set up the Santa gifts.

Campbell left cookies and milk for Santa, but had to sample them before bed.

Christmas Eve

We got dressed up and went to the children's service on Christmas Eve. Campbell crawled around during the Homily.

We got the girls together for the 2nd annual Birch Street Babies Christmas picture. They did really well and looked adorable!

It is a little embarrassing, but we have found that Campbell loves Chef Boyardi Spaghetti O's and Ravioli......

Carissa and Emaline came by to say hello and the next night Emaline came over to play with Campbell while her parents went to a Christmas party. We think Emaline really enjoyed eating on the KU plate!

Little School Girl

Campbell looked so cute in the dress Great-Grandma Bonnie gave her for her bday!

For some reason Campbell thought it was really fun to sit in her bouncy seat. We haven't had this out in months!

Good Friends

Campbell got to play with Emaline on Saturday night for a few hours while we went to a dinner at our church. It looks like they had a lot of fun!

Welcome Baby Safer!

Sue and Adam Safer welcomed Rowan Millie Safer into the world at 3:30am on Thursday! We don't have many details yet, but it sounds like she gave her mommy a work out! We can't wait for another baby blog!

Visit with Santa

Campbell went to see Santa Claus on Sunday and was rather indifferent. We expected her to scream, but she just looked up at him and then smiled for the camera! Sorry about the grainy picture, as good parents, we forgot our camera and had to scan the picture from the company.

How a year has flown by!

New Birthday Presents

1st day in the toddler room!

On Monday, Campbell moved to the "Ladybug Landing". They don't mess around at St. Joe's! Infant room on Friday, Toddler room on Monday! CCJ is doing pretty well with the transition. She did come home with bite marks on her arm on her 2nd day! She still only has 1.5 teeth and is at a big disadvantage! This kid had a mouth full from the bruise on her arm.

Fun in the new tub!

We had our bathtub and tile redone last week and Campbell took a bath in her new big girl tub! She is like a little fish, she loves to take a bath.
