Skinny Jeans....

Well, they are actually khakis, but I think this outfit makes Campbell look so tall and skinny. She looked like a preppy little girl today and no, we don't normally allow her to stand on the chair.

2 New Friends

Molly and Kit Johnson brought 2 new friends into the world for Campbell! Ava and Luke were born today after a very long bed rest! Luke was 6lbs 10oz and Ava was 5lbs 10oz. You can tell how much a pound makes by the pictures! We are so thankful for 2 healthy babies!!

Birthday Wishes

We want to wish Mimi and Grammie a happy birthday.

Only lasted a week....

We went 1 full week without a cold or runny nose. I think it is over. CCJ woke up today and you can tell from the picture the kind of morning we had. Her outfit was too cute to not photograph. CCJ is doing a lot of teething right now and hasn't been sleeping too well. We hope a little time and Motrin will get us through this stage.

Happy Birthday to Mimi!

Mimi and Papa came over on Sunday night to celebrate Mimi's birthday. Campbell helped Mimi open her present. She also loves to kiss the doggies in her book.

Having fun with Daddy

While Mommy had dinner out with her friends to hear about Roshni's trip to India, Campbell hung out with Daddy. Looks like they had loads of fun.

Bye Bye Merschie...

My dear friend Amy Merschbrock and her husband Rob and daughter Abby are moving back to Iowa. We are so sad to see them go, but can understand wanting to be closer to your family. Amy's good friend Heather (and mine too) threw a nice going away party on Saturday night so we could wish them well.

Campbell and Abby

We stopped by the Merschbrock's going away party and at one time, Campbell had a wine glass in her hand and Abby was holding a beer. We tried to get them to take a picture together, but Abby decided she had other stuff to do.

Emaline's 2nd Birthday

Emaline turned 2 on the 18th and had a fun birthday party on Saturday afternoon. Campbell got to play with Madison, Parker, Tayten, Camden, Ada, and Emaline. Parker is in Campbell's class at school and we think they look like brother and sister. We tried to get a picture of them together, but Campbell was too busy. Can you see that Emaline is using a fork to eat her birthday cake? The 2nd birthday seems to be much more civilized!

Can you see ANY hair?

Stephen attempted to give Campbell a mohawk, but as you can see it is not possible! Talk about a cheesy grin!

Jeans Day

Campbell and I had a jeans and sweater day. I think she looks so grown up when she wears jeans and a sweater. She is walking so much now. She went from sitting on the floor to standing and walking so many times tonight.

Sock Monkey Onesie

My mom made a cute sock monkey onesie for Campbell and she wore it to school today. Her monkey has a cute little pink bow.

Jayhawk Basketball

Todd and Stephen headed to Lawrence on Monday and had a fun afternoon of lunch at the wheel, the union bookstore, the FIJI house, and a nice Sushi dinner with the Wittigs, then on to watch the Hawks beat the Sooners.

Visit from Uncle Todd

The entire Porch family was planning on a visit last weekend, but due to 3 sick babies (1 of ours and 2 of theirs) only Uncle Todd was able to come. It was a very fast trip, but Campbell got to spend some quality snuggle time with him. We will be heading to Dallas on the 1st to celebrate Grandad's 70th birthday and will get to see everyone again!

Sick kid update.

Campbell went to the doctor yesterday and has an upper and lower respiratory infection as well as an ear infection. We have 2 rounds of antibiotics in her and she seems to be feeling much better. We still can't get her to eat anything, but she is guzzling a ton of milk. She has been saying her name a ton today....she calls herself Mambell or sometimes Bambell.

Sick girl

Little Cambellina has been a bit under the weather for a few days. We took her out of school today and she stayed with Mimi and Gpa to recuperate and stay away from the numerous sick kids at school. The Porch family is coming this weekend and we hope she is feeling better by then!

Mini Mangino

Campbell rocked a velour suit very simliar to the grey one Coach Mangino wore this season!

More cute clothes!

Campbell looked like a little private school girl in her new outfit from Mimi.

These two really love each other!

Madison and Amy stopped by this afternoon and Madison and Campbell were kissing each other over and over....well, maybe Campbell was initiating most of it! Emaline said cheese for the camera!

The presents keep coming!

On Saturday, Campbell received another Xmas present. The Porch family sent her a new car and it arrived just in time for the 60 degree weather! She LOVES this car and we took her on a long walk and she smiled the whole time.

Reading together...

Emaline and Campbell were reading together. Of course Campbell has to keep one eye on Emaline at all times to make sure she doesn't have the better book!

Trendy baby

Campbell was wearing one of her adorable outfits her Mimi gave her for Christmas.

Bald can be beautiful....

Campbell was wearing a cute outfit today that made her look so old, except for her bald head!

Oh, Bubbles

Our bathroom remodel is complete and Campbell has been enjoying a bubble bath in the evening.

Late Santa Gift

Campbell received her late Santa Gift this week. Right now she enjoys climbing on it or flipping it over. We were able to get at least 2 pictures of her "sitting on her bottom."
