The Summers Xmas Eve Party

Every Year, Emily(Nancy's sister) and Steve host a Xmas Eve party. It is always fancy, wonderful food, and this year it was short due to 3 girls all 2 and under. Here are some pictures of Grammie, Uncle Todd and Uncle David, and cousin "D". Believe it or not, D just got his hair cut 2 inches the day before.....

After church we made a quick stop by Nanny and Grandad's house before the big Xmas Eve party at the Summers'. Grandad wasn't feeling up to attending a party, so we came by to say hello. Campbell found my shoes and walked all over the house in them.

We attended Todd and Rebecca's church for the children's Xmas Eve service. The girls had a little down time before church and had some fun with the camera!

Decorating Cookies for Santa

The girls had a blast decorating cookies for Santa. It looks like they are all doing this together, but Campbell had to take a quick nap in the morning, so she got to decorate a little later.

On to Dallas....

After spending the weekend in Tulsa, we headed to Dallas on Monday to spend some time with Stephen's family. Here are some cute pictures of Mollie and Campbell warming up by the fire and all 4 girls taking a bath together.

Visit with Santa

My grandparents know Santa and he mentioned he would be at the Country Club for Brunch on Sunday so we dressed CCJ in her holiday gear and took her to meet him. The first picture is her checking him out from afar. I had to sit on Santa's lap b/c she was not about to let me put her down!

Graduation Party

We had a nice reception for Laura after graduation at Dad and Peggy's house. Campbell was worn out by the end.

Laura's Graduation

Laura graduated with a Bachelors in Sociology last weekend. We are so proud of her and can't believe how fast the time has gone. Here are a few pics of all of us.

Friday Night at Gigi and Papa Bill's

We started our Christmas adventure with a sleepover at Gigi and Papa Bill's house. Gigi volunteered to watch Campbell while we attended Laura's college graduation at 8:30am in Tahlequah, OK. Campbell got to take her first jacuzzi bath! She was unsure at first! Campbell also declared Gigi's stool as her own....Imagine that...

Crown Center Visit

We planned to take Campbell to see Santa on Saturday at Crown Center, but when we showed up at 10:30am, there was about 200 people in front of us. We tried to wait in line and lasted about 30 minutes and moved about 2 feet. It was in the 50's, so we decided to let CCJ play on the Xmas train, etc. We will try again.....

Kerri's Birthday

I basically celebrated my birthday all week, so didn't feel the need to document the big day. The Handzels came over for pizza and the girls played in the tent.

Weekend in Chicago

Dec 5-7, Stephen and I headed to Chicago for our good friends, David and Kate's wedding. We stayed with Emily and Eric at their beautiful townhome in Wrigleyville. We went to dinner on Friday night with Emily and Eric, the Lowry's, and the LaPoint's.

Saturday night was the big event. The wedding was a black tie event at the Ritz Carlton downtown. It was so fun to dress up and pretend to be fancy!!

Campbell's New Cousin

My brother and Danielle surprised everyone with an announcement that they were married. We are very happy for them and welcome Danielle and Carter into our family. They came to KC after Thanksgiving to spend some time with us. I did a poor job of getting my camera out, so you will mostly see pictures of Carter. He is the cutest, busiest little boy!

Sleepy Time

Eric and Laura spend a few days with us and CCJ had a great time with them. She was quite intrigued by Eric.

New Tent

We bought CCJ a tent for her birthday. She told us she was going to sleep in it. Grandpa David tried it out with her.

Campbell got some really cute boots from Grandma Peggy and Grandpa David.

2nd Birthday Party

Since we were with a lot of family for Thanksgiving, we decided to have CCJ's 2nd birthday party in Tulsa.

Dog Pound

We brought Ellie and Maggie with us to Tulsa and Laura brought her 2 dogs, Ripley and Emorie. We put Ellie in a little plaid jacket and thought she looked so fancy.

Baby Boston

We all got to meet Baby Boston for the first time. Campbell loved giving him hugs. Boston is a big boy and the doctor is already projecting he will be 6'7".
